1 In consideration of the sale of the dog/bitch (details of which are set out below)

1 The purchaser shall have FOURTEEN DAYS days after the date hereof in which to have the dog/bitch examined by a professional Veteninary surgeon and shall have the right to return the said dog/bitch with out question during this said period of fourteen days. The Purchaser shall be entitled to the return of the said purchase price and no more UP TO THE FOURTEEN DAYS ONLY. No claims for any illness arrising in the future can be claimed against the breed as INSURANCES MUST BE KEPT UP FOR ANY FUTURE ILLNESSES THAT CAN ACCURE The Purchaser is issued with six weeks free insurance
AT THE MOMENT THERE ARE NO INHERITED CONDITIONS IN MY BREED OF DOG THAT I KNOW OF THAT WILL AFFECT ITS FUTURE HEALTH there are no tests required for this breed by the Kennel Club

2 It is a condition of this sale and purchase that no warranty can be given as to the ultimate show or working potential of the animal on reaching maturity.
The Breeder has taken great care with the breeding,rearing and welfare of the Dog/Bitch. The dog/bitch is believed to be in good health and it is sold in good faith

3 ENDORSEMENTS
The Dogs/Bitches Kennel Club registraton documents WILL NOT BE ENDORSED

4 REHOMING OF THE DOG/BITCH
The animal is not to be sold or handed on with or without papers to any other party. In the event of dificulty the breeder hereby requests the right to have first refusal.and will do utmost to rehome the dog/bitch into a new home.

5 SOLD AS COMPANION DOG OR SHOW POTENTIAL ALTHOUGH NO GAURANTEE CAN BE GIVEN TO THE SHOW SUCCESS OF THE DOG/BITCH
